Delete your
Saree House account

Request removal of your app account and personal data. No login is required on this page.

Google Play requires a way for users to request that their data is deleted. You can do this from the app Help Centre, or by email using the steps below.

How to request deletion

Open the Saree House app → Help Centre, and create a support ticket asking to delete your account.

Or email us from the same phone number / email registered on your account.

What we delete

  • Account profile (name, email, phone, photo)
  • Saved addresses and wishlist
  • KYC files you uploaded, where stored by us
  • App identifiers such as notification tokens tied to your account

What we may keep

We may retain order invoices, payment records, and KYC copies for a limited period if required by tax, fraud-prevention, or legal rules. After that period they are deleted or anonymised.

Timeline

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying it is your account. You will receive a confirmation email or ticket reply when it is done.
